1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Onions, minced - 2 medium
3. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Texas toast thick-sliced bread - 2 slices
6. Raisins - ½ cup
7. Hot chutney - 1 tablespoon
8. Curry powder - ½ tablespoon
9. Apricot jam - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Large egg - 1
13. Salt - 1 pinch
14. Bay leaf - 1

How to cook deliciously - Best Bobotie

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
