Ingredients for - Wilma's Fish Casserole

1. Soft bread cubes - 3 cups
2. Onion, minced - 1
3. Salt - 1 pinch
4. Dried basil - 1 pinch
5. Dried thyme - 1 pinch
6. Ground savory - 1 pinch
7. Dried marjoram - 1 pinch
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
9. Butter - ½ cup
10. Milk - ½ cup
11. Haddock fillets - 1 ½ pounds
12. Crushed buttery round crackers - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Wilma's Fish Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix the diced bread, onion, salt and herbs together.

3. Stage

Combine the soup with milk, stirring until creamy.

4. Stage

In the bottom of the prepared dish, layer half of the fish, half of the bread mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat layers and cover top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

5. Stage

Bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until fish is flaky with a fork.
