1. Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®) ⅓ (13 ounce) jar
3. Mixed berry cream cheese, softened ½ (8 ounce) package
4. Milk 1 tablespoon
5. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
6. Butter, melted ½ cup
7. White sugar 1 cup
8. Ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons
9. Sliced white bread, crusts removed 1 loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix cream cheese, chocolate-hazelnut spread, berry cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.

Pour melted butter into a shallow bowl.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate shallow bowl.
