1. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
2. Tomato juice - 1 (46 fluid ounce) can
3. Tomato sauce - 1 (29 ounce) can
4. Chopped onion - 1 ½ cups
5. Chopped celery - ½ cup
6. Chopped green bell pepper - ¼ cup
7. Chili powder - ¼ cup
8. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
9. Garlic powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
13. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
14. Ground cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
15. Canned red beans, drained and rinsed - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Flatlander Chili

1. Stage

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

2. Stage

Add all ingredients to a large kettle. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Rock_lobster
