How to cook deliciously - Pate with melted cheese
1. Stage
Roughly chop carrots and onions. Fry in oil until soft.
2. Stage
Add liver. Fry all together for 10 minutes.
3. Stage
Then add the soy sauce, stir and cook until the liver is cooked. Leave to cool until warm.

For the filling: finely chop mushrooms and onions, fry until golden.

Chop the liver and vegetables with a meat grinder, salt and pepper if necessary.

Add fried mushrooms and onions to the melted cheese. Stir to combine.
7. Stage
Place the pâté on the cling film, flatten it to form a rectangle. Place the cheese and mushroom filling on top.
8. Stage
Using clingfilm, roll up the pâté on the short side. Put in the fridge for 1 hour. Bon appetit!
