1. Penne pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped onion - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Chopped tomatoes - 3 cups
6. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
7. Spinach leaves, packed - 2 cups
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 cups
9. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
10. Feta cheese, crumbled - 8 ounces

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain.
