1. Honeynut squashes 2 medium
2. Butter 4 teaspoons
3. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
4. Sea salt ¼ teaspoon
5. Ground Saigon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
6. Maple syrup 4 teaspoons
7. Chopped pecans 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Honeynut Squash

1 . Stage

Scrub any dirt off the squashes, slice them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and lay them cut-side up on a cutting board.

2 . Stage

Put 1 teaspoon butter in the cavity of each squash half, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Place them directly on the air fryer basket pan.

3 . Stage

Set air fryer to air-roast at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook until the squash is tender, about 25 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
