2. Potatoes - 500 gram
3. Bulb onions - 100 gram
4. Carrot - 50 gram
5. Parsley (root) - 50 gram
6. Butter - 100 gram
7. Sour cream 15% - 100 gram
8. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
9. Black pepper - taste
10. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Potato Yushka

1. Stage

Cook the broth from the bones, I added another chicken breast.

Strain the broth and add the diced potatoes.

3. Stage

Cut onions, carrots and parsley root, fry in butter.

4. Stage

Pour the vegetables into the pan, add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes.
