Ingredients for - Tomato Zucchini Casserole

1. Grated Cheddar cheese - 1 ½ cups
2. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
5. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
7. Zucchinis, thinly sliced - 2 medium
8. Plum tomatoes, thinly sliced - 5
9. Butter - ¼ cup
10. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
11. Fine bread crumbs - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Zucchini Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x9-inch pan.

2. Stage

Combine Cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, and basil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Arrange 1/2 of the zucchini slices in the pan. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese and herb mixture on top. Arrange 1/2 of the tomatoes and top with another 1/4 of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.

4. Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions and cook until soft and translucent. Stir in bread crumbs; cook until they have absorbed the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

5. Stage
