1. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
2. Venison, cut into cubes 2 ½ pounds
3. Onion, chopped 1 large
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Diced green chile peppers 1 (4 ounce) can
6. Kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 (15 ounce) cans
7. Beef broth 2 (10.5 ounce) cans
8. Dried oregano 2 teaspoons
9. Ground cumin 2 teaspoons
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Paprika 1 ½ teaspoons

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook venison, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned. Transfer to a slow cooker and stir together with chiles, beans, broth oregano, cumin, salt and paprika. Cook on medium 4 to 5 hours.
