How to cook deliciously - Hamburger buns
1 . Stage
In a bowl combine the flour (300 g), salt and dry yeast. You can use live yeast, count the amount according to the package.
2 . Stage
In another bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and warm water. Add the melted butter. Mix well.
3 . Stage
Then add sugar (25-40 grams), if you want a sweet version of muffins, you can increase the sugar to 100 grams. Then, gradually adding the flour, using a spatula or a mixer, knead the dough until a homogeneous consistency. The consistency of a thick sour cream!
4 . Stage
Pour in the rest of the flour (325 g). You may need more! Knead in a soft and elastic dough.
5 . Stage
Cover with clingfilm and put it in the fridge for 2-24 hours! This is what my dough looked like after 2 hours:)
6 . Stage
Place the dough on a board or plate, cover with a towel and let warm for 10-15 minutes.
7 . Stage
Pinch off a piece of dough and form the buns. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper, a good distance apart! The buns will double in size! Flatten our dough pieces slightly with our fingers, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for another 30-45 minutes.
8 . Stage
Brush the buns with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
9 . Stage
Let the buns cool... And serve! My Kinders were eating them while they were still warm... during the photo shoot!))

And in the evening we had a burger party...)
