1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
5. Vegetable broth - 1 cup
6. Tomato-vegetable juice cocktail - ½ cup
7. Sherry wine (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
8. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
9. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 4
10. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
11. Frozen green peas, thawed - 1 cup
12. Diced carrots - 1 cup
13. Mushroom pieces and stems, drained - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
14. Dried celery flakes - 1 teaspoon
15. Salt - 1 teaspoon
16. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
17. Dried marjoram - ½ teaspoon
18. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stew

1. Stage

Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with onion and garlic until the meat is completely browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.

2. Stage

Stir cream of mushroom soup, vegetable broth, vegetable juice cocktail, sherry, and Worcestershire sauce together in a slow cooker. Add beef mixture; stir in potatoes, corn, peas, carrots, mushroom pieces, celery flakes, salt, black pepper, marjoram, and thyme. Set cooker to Low, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened, about 8 hours. If preferred, set cooker on High and cook 4 hours.
