1. Bulk mild Italian sausage - ½ pound
2. Lean ground beef - ½ pound
3. Cooked rice - ½ cup
4. Egg - 1
5. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
7. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Hot pepper and garlic infused olive oil - 2 tablespoons
11. Onion, chopped - 1 small
12. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
13. Water - 12 cups
14. Chicken bouillon - 6 cubes
15. Cabbage, cored and cut into large pieces - 1 medium head
16. Carrots, cut into large pieces - 3
17. Potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces, or more to taste - 2 large
18. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon
19. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
20. Mushroom-flavored salt - ½ teaspoon
21. Ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Meatball Soup with Cabbage

1. Stage

Mix sausage, beef, rice, egg, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl for meatballs. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil. Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Boil gently for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, form meat mixture into regular-size meatballs. Drop gently into the pot and add fresh and dried oregano. Reduce heat and let simmer until meatballs are no longer pink in the centers, about 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
