1. Cider vinegar - ½ cup
2. Ketchup - ½ cup
3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Pimento peppers, drained and chopped - 1 (2 ounce) jar
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 small
6. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
8. Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Olive oil - ¾ cup

1. Stage

Blend cider vinegar, catsup, white sugar, pimentos, green bell pepper, lemon juice, onion, mustard, and salt in a blender until smooth. Stream olive oil into the vinegar mixture while blending; blend until the dressing emulsifies.

Pour dressing into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
