How to cook deliciously - Avocado egg pans
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 200 C . Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scrape a little of the center of the avocado out of each half.

Place the avocado in a baking dish. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Place a yolk in each avocado half and pour in as many whites as you can.

Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon until brown. Cool slightly and cut into small pieces.

Before serving, sprinkle the avocado on top of the sliced bacon.
