How to cook deliciously - Squid in sour cream sauce
1. Stage
Dip squids in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes. Then pull out, allow to cool slightly.

Remove the skin and cut into rings or strips.

Melt the butter in a pan, then pour the squid. Add flour and stir fry for a couple of seconds.
4. Stage
Add sour cream and boiling water so that the squid is completely covered. Reduce heat and cook under the lid for about a minute. Season the squid in sour cream sauce to taste and keep on the fire for another minute.
