1. Collard leaves, trimmed and finely chopped 4
2. Kale, trimmed and chopped ⅓ bunch
3. Romaine lettuce, chopped 1 head
4. Red cabbage, chopped ¼ small head
5. Bosc pear, cubed 1
6. Bermuda onion, finely diced ½
7. Orange bell pepper, diced ½
8. Florida avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced ½
9. Carrot, grated ½
10. Cherry tomatoes, halved 5
11. Walnut halves, crushed 7
12. Raisins, or to taste 2 tablespoons
13. Olive oil 6 tablespoons
14. Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons
15. Wildflower honey 1 tablespoon
16. Oregano, crushed 1 tablespoon
17. Chili powder 1 ½ teaspoons
18. Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
19. Garlic, minced 1 clove
20. Salt ½ teaspoon
21. Crushed black peppercorns ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Winter Green Salad

1 . Stage

Mix collard greens, kale, romaine, cabbage, pear, onion, orange bell pepper, avocado, carrot, tomatoes, walnuts, and raisins together in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Combine olive oil, vinegar, honey, oregano, chili powder, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a glass jar with a lid. Cover the jar with a lid and shake vigorously until dressing is well mixed. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
