2. Tahini sauce - ¼ tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt (Optional) - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Whisk yogurt and tahini together in a bowl until well blended. Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. If not using immediately, place in a sealed container and refrigerate until use.
