1. Chopped, cooked chicken meat 2 cups
2. Cooked white rice 1 cup
3. Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Mayonnaise ⅔ cup
5. Grated onion 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped celery ½ cup
7. Sliced water chestnuts 1 (8 ounce) can
8. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
9. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese ½ cup
10. Crushed potato chips 2 cups
11. Water ¼ cup
12. Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large bowl combine the chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, onion, celery, water chestnuts, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread this mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese, then potato chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potato chips are lightly browned.
