1. Beef stew meat, diced into 1 inch pieces - 2 ½ pounds
2. Stewed tomatoes, with juice - 1 (28 ounce) can
3. Chopped celery - 1 cup
4. Carrots, sliced - 4
5. Potatoes, cubed - 3
6. Onions, chopped - 3
7. Tapioca - 3 ½ tablespoons
8. Beef bouillon - 2 cubes
9. Dried thyme - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Dried rosemary - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Dried marjoram - ⅛ teaspoon
12. Red wine - ¼ cup
13. Frozen green peas, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Christmas Eve Beef Stew

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place beef, tomatoes, celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, and tapioca into a Dutch oven. Season with beef bouillon, thyme, rosemary, and marjoram; stir in red wine. Place the lid on the Dutch oven.

Bake for 5 to 6 hours in the preheated oven. Add peas during last half hour of cooking.
