1. Potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6
2. Water - 1 ½ cups
3. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
4. Fresh lemon juice - ¼ cup
5. Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
6. Chicken bouillon - 2 cubes
7. Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
8. Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Greek-Style Potatoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a medium baking dish.

Mix together water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, bouillon cubes, thyme, rosemary, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes.
