1. Ground beef 1 ¼ pounds
2. Onion, chopped 1 large
3. Diced tomatoes 1 (16 ounce) can
4. Whole kernel corn, drained 1 (16 ounce) can
5. Pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®) 1 (10 ounce) can
8. Tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce) can
9. Water 2 cups
10. Taco seasoning 1 (1 ounce) package
11. Dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®) 1 (1 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Taco Soup with Black Beans

1 . Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

2 . Stage

Transfer beef and onion to the bottom of a slow cooker; stir in diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, black beans, diced tomatoes with chiles, tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.

3 . Stage

Cover and cook on Low until flavors have melded, about 6 hours.
