1. Ground beef - 1 ¼ pounds
2. Onion, chopped - 1 large
3. Diced tomatoes - 1 (16 ounce) can
4. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
5. Pinto beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®) - 1 (10 ounce) can
8. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
9. Water - 2 cups
10. Taco seasoning - 1 (1 ounce) package
11. Dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®) - 1 (1 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Taco Soup with Black Beans

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

2. Stage

Transfer beef and onion to the bottom of a slow cooker; stir in diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, black beans, diced tomatoes with chiles, tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix.

3. Stage

Cover and cook on Low until flavors have melded, about 6 hours.
