5. Red onion, chopped - ½
6. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 2 cups
7. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
8. Kosher salt to taste - ¼ cup
9. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
10. Extra-virgin olive oil, or as desired (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Green Bean and Asparagus Salad

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Toss green bean pieces and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl until the green beans are evenly coated; spread onto a baking sheet.
