Ingredients for - Garlic Potato Soup

1. Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic) - 3 ½ cups
2. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
3. Red potatoes, cut into cubes - 4 medium
4. Carrots, diced - 2 medium
5. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
6. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
7. Bacon, cooked and crumbled - 2 slices
8. Milk - 1 cup
9. Instant mashed potato flakes or buds - 1 cup
10. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Potato Soup

1. Stage

Heat the broth, garlic,potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and bacon in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

2. Stage

Reduce the heat to medium. Stir the milk, potato flakes and parsley in the saucepan. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
