Ingredients for - Garlic Potato Soup

1. Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic) 3 ½ cups
2. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
3. Red potatoes, cut into cubes 4 medium
4. Carrots, diced 2 medium
5. Onion, chopped 1 medium
6. Celery, chopped 1 stalk
7. Bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 slices
8. Milk 1 cup
9. Instant mashed potato flakes or buds 1 cup
10. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Potato Soup

1 . Stage

Heat the broth, garlic,potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and bacon in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

2 . Stage

Reduce the heat to medium. Stir the milk, potato flakes and parsley in the saucepan. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
