3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Pumpkin pie spice - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Milk - ¾ cup
10. Pumpkin Puree - ½ cup
11. Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
12. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
13. Unsweetened applesauce - ½ cup
14. Egg - 1
15. Egg white - 1
16. Chopped pecans - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Pumpkin Waffles

1. Stage

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside.

Beat together milk, pumpkin puree, butter, oil, applesauce, whole egg, and egg white. Stir flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture along with the pecans.
