1. Water 5 cups
2. Uncooked white long-grain rice 1 cup
3. White sugar ⅔ cup
4. Milk ½ cup
5. Vanilla extract ½ tablespoon
6. Ground cinnamon ½ tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Horchata

1 . Stage

Pour water and rice into a blender; mix until rice begins to break up, about 1 minute. Let rice and water stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
