Almost any rice is great for this dessert.
2 . Stage
Rice is washed, pour cold water and bring to a boil. Add cinnamon, saffron and orange zest to the rice. Cook until the rice is cooked. Pour off the liquid and remove the zest.
3 . Stage
Squeeze the juice of the orange, add the water, olive oil and honey. Cook the mixture until it thickens, stirring occasionally. It took me about 10 minutes.
4 . Stage
In the honey-citrus caramel add cooked rice and stirring stew for another 5 minutes.
