1. Penne pasta - 1 (14.5 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Cauliflower florets - 2 pounds
4. Ground beef - 1 pound
5. Onions, thinly sliced - 2 medium
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (28 ounce) can
8. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Penne with Cauliflower and Beef Sauce

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

2. Stage

While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add beef, onions, and garlic; cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper flakes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain penne. Pour into the skillet and stir to combine. Serve.
