1. Flank steak, trimmed 1 (3/4 pound)
2. Freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
3. Cooking spray
4. Fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon
5. Olive oil ½ tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
7. Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
8. Corn tortillas 6 (6 inch)
9. Grilled scallions for garnish
10. Chopped romaine lettuce 1 cup
11. Chopped red cabbage 1 cup
12. Avocado from Mexico, sliced 1
13. Pickled red onions 1 (16 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Easy Steak Taco

1 . Stage

Sprinkle steak with pepper, pressing to adhere.

2 . Stage

Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steak to pan; grill 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Place steak on a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes.

Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Mix lime juice, olive oil, and garlic and drizzle over steak; sprinkle with salt.
