Ingredients for - Easy Steak Taco

1. Flank steak, trimmed - 1 (3/4 pound)
2. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
3. Cooking spray -
4. Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Olive oil - ½ tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Kosher salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Corn tortillas - 6 (6 inch)
9. Grilled scallions for garnish -
10. Chopped romaine lettuce - 1 cup
11. Chopped red cabbage - 1 cup
12. Avocado from Mexico, sliced - 1
13. Pickled red onions - 1 (16 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Easy Steak Taco

1. Stage

Sprinkle steak with pepper, pressing to adhere.

2. Stage

Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steak to pan; grill 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Place steak on a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes.

Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Mix lime juice, olive oil, and garlic and drizzle over steak; sprinkle with salt.

Heat tortillas on grill pan coated with cooking spray 20 seconds on each side or until lightly charred.
