Ingredients for - Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Lemon

1. Fresh green beans, washed and trimmed 1 ½ pounds
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Lemon zest 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Chopped toasted hazelnuts ⅓ cup
5. Salt and pepper to taste ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Lemon

1 . Stage

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook beans 3 to 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Add olive oil, lemon zest, hazelnuts, salt and pepper. Beans may be made 1 day ahead, chilled and covered. Reheat beans, preferably in a microwave.
