1. Radishes, trimmed and quartered - 1 cup
2. Baby carrots - 1 cup
3. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste - ½ teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
