4. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Fire-roasted diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Yellow corn - 1 cup
7. Quinoa - 1 cup
8. Chicken broth - 1 cup
9. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
10. Chili powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
12. Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
13. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced - 1 medium
14. Lime, juiced - 1 medium
15. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté jalapeño pepper and garlic in the hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
