2. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Pinto beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Diced tomatoes - 1 (10 ounce) can
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
7. Onion, diced - 1
8. Diced green chile peppers - 1 (6 ounce) can
9. Green bell pepper, diced - 1
10. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
11. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
12. Beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle
13. Crushed tortilla chips, or to taste (Optional) - ½ cup
14. Chopped green onions, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Vegan Taco Soup

1. Stage

Combine three-bean mix, black beans, pinto beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, green chile peppers, green bell pepper, taco seasoning, and garlic in a slow cooker. Add beer and give mixture a good stir.
