Ingredients for - Classic Goulash

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Yellow onion, chopped - 1 large
3. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
4. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
5. Water - 3 cups
6. Tomato sauce - 2 (15 ounce) cans
7. Diced tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
8. Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
9. Dried Italian herb seasoning - 2 tablespoons
10. Seasoned salt, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
11. Bay leaves - 3
12. Uncooked elbow macaroni - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Classic Goulash

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up the meat until it is evenly browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 3 minutes, stirring often.

2. Stage

Stir in water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, and bay leaves. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.

3. Stage

Stir in uncooked macaroni, cover, and simmer over medium heat until pasta is tender, 11 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and serve. KGora
