Ingredients for - Vegetarian Meatloaf

1. Barbeque sauce - 1 (12 ounce) bottle
2. Vegetarian burger crumbles - 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
4. Minced onion - ⅓ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Soft bread crumbs - ½ cup
7. Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
8. Egg, beaten - 1
9. Dried thyme - ¼ teaspoon
10. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
11. Parsley flakes - ¼ teaspoon
12. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.

2. Stage

In a bowl, mix 1/2 the barbeque sauce with the vegetarian burger crumbles, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Season with thyme, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the loaf pan.

3. Stage

Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Pour remaining barbeque sauce over the loaf, and continue baking 15 minutes, or until loaf is set.
