2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Plain breadcrumbs - ½ cup
4. Egg, beaten - 1
5. Worcestershire sauce - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
9. Asian chile pepper sauce - 2 tablespoons
10. Orange marmalade - ½ cup
11. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
12. Rice vinegar - ¼ cup
13. Water - 3 cups

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Orange Bison Balls

1. Stage

Mix the bison, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined; divide the mixture into 24 portions and roll into balls.
