1. Stage
Put the fish (head, tail, backbone) in cold water and cook until tender. Take out the fish and separate the flesh from the bones. It is best to strain the broth using a fine sieve or gauze. Add chopped potatoes and washed millet to the broth. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
2. Stage
Chop the onion, grate the carrots and saute. Send it to the pot. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the fish, salt, pepper and herbs.
