3. Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
4. Tahini - 1.5 tbsp
5. Garlic - 1 clove
6. Caraway - 1/2 Tsp
7. Cayenne pepper - 1/2 Tsp
8. Salt - 1/4 Tsp
9. Parsley (greens) - 1 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Spiced hummus

In a blender, grind chickpeas, fried pepper, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, caraway seeds, cayenne pepper and salt. Chill in the refrigerator for over an hour and serve with chopped parsley.
