2. Fresh cilantro (leaves and stems), chopped - 1 bunch
3. Scallions, chopped - 6
4. Garlic - 5 cloves
5. Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
6. Chile-garlic sauce (such as Huy Fong Foods®) - 2 tablespoons
7. Olive oil - ½ tablespoon
8. Garlic salt - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, garlic, red wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, olive oil, and garlic salt in a food processor or blender; process to the desired consistency. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavors blend.
