3. Sliced black olives - 1 cup
4. Thinly sliced green bell pepper - ½ cup
5. Thinly sliced red bell pepper - ½ cup
6. Diced red onion - ¼ cup
7. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
8. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup
9. Fresh lemon juice - ¼ cup
10. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
13. Chopped garlic, or more to taste - ⅛ teaspoon
14. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced - 1

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Salad Avocado

1. Stage

Combine lettuce, chicken, black olives, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and red onion together in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
