1. Sunflower seed oil ¾ cup
2. White sugar ¾ cup
3. Packed brown sugar ¼ cup
4. All-purpose flour 2 cups
5. Baking powder 2 teaspoons

7. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
8. Salt 1 pinch
9. Eggs, beaten 2 large
10. Grated carrots 1 cup
11. Chopped pecans ½ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 Degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
