1. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
2. Evaporated milk - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
3. Pumpkin Puree - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
9. Ground allspice - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cloves - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Unbaked pie crust - 1 (9 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Spiced Pumpkin Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a bowl, mix the eggs, evaporated milk and pumpkin. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Stir into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into the pie crust.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool on a metal rack.
