1. Whole wheat pastry flour 1 ½ cups
2. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
3. Salt ¼ teaspoon
4. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
5. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk ¼ cup
6. Eggs 2 large
7. Organic cane sugar ¾ cup
8. Coconut oil, melted 3 tablespoons
9. Sliced fresh strawberries 1 ¼ cups
10. Chopped rhubarb ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Strawberry Rhubarb Bread

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Almond Breeze (either unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened vanilla almond cashew milk for extra creaminess), eggs, sugar, and coconut oil.

Stir the strawberries and rhubarb into the batter. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
