6. Baking soda - 1 ¼ teaspoons
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Hot water - 2 teaspoons
9. Gluten-free all-purpose baking flour - 3 cups
10. Xanthan gum - 2 teaspoons
11. Vegan semisweet chocolate chips (such as Trader Joe's®) - 1 ½ cups

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
