1. Beef stock 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
2. Diced tomatoes with green chiles 1 (10 ounce) can
3. Chopped onion 1 cup
4. Diced fully cooked ham 1 cup
5. Red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons
6. White sugar 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
8. Seasoned salt 1 teaspoon
9. Red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon
10. Bay leaf 1
11. Collard greens, thinly sliced 2 bunches
12. Mustard greens, thinly sliced 2 bunches
13. Turnip greens, thinly sliced 2 bunches

1 . Stage

Place beef stock, diced tomatoes with green chiles, onion, ham, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf in a slow cooker. Add collard greens, mustard greens, and turnip greens in order listed to slow cooker.

Cook on Low until greens are very tender, 4 to 6 hours.
