1. Baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved 1 pound
2. Cooking spray 1 pound
3. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
4. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
6. Salsa ½ cup
7. Lime wedges 4
8. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup
9. Salt ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Salsa-Roasted Potatoes

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place potatoes on the prepared baking sheet; coat generously with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven until starting to brown, about 15 minutes.
