1. Skim or 1% milk 3 cups
2. Honey 2 tablespoons
3. Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt ¼ teaspoon
8. Bananas, divided 3
9. 3 cups (750 mL) Large Flake Quaker® Oats 3
10. Chopped toasted pecans ¼ cup
11. Plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Quaker® Banana Bread Overnight Oats

1 . Stage

Stir together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2 . Stage

Mash two bananas and stir into oatmeal. Slice remaining banana. Divide oatmeal evenly among bowls or small Mason jars; top with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt (if using).
