1. Toasted sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Garlic cloves, peeled and sliced - 4 cloves
3. Black bean sauce - 6 tablespoons
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breast half - cut into cubes - ¾ pound
6. Chicken bouillon dissolved in - 1 cube
7. Boiling water - ½ cup
8. Onion, peeled and sliced - 1 large
9. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
10. Green bell pepper, diced - 2
11. Dark soy sauce - 1 ½ tablespoons
12. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
13. Cornstarch dissolved in - 4 teaspoons
14. Water - 3 tablespoons
15. Chopped fresh cilantro - 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Chicken with Green Peppers in Black Bean Sauce

1. Stage

Heat a wok over a medium heat until hot, add the toasted sesame oil and heat for about 30 seconds. Stir in garlic and black bean sauce, and season with salt. Add chicken to the wok; cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through. Pour in dissolved chicken bouillon, cover, and cook for 6 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in onion, green onions, and bell pepper, and season with soy sauce and black pepper. Cover, and cook for 8 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture, and stir until sauce thickens. Stir in cilantro, and serve.
