Salad with chicken and kiwi

1 . Stage

This salad is layered, to serve it, it is better to use a mold or a portion (culinary ring). Take a plate for serving, put a cooking ring. Chicken fillet is cut in small cubes, put the first layer. Salt and pepper to taste. Grease with mayonnaise.

2 . Stage

Dice the potatoes and place as the second layer. Grease with a little mayonnaise.

3 . Stage

Dice the kiwi and place on top of the potatoes.

4 . Stage

Cut the onion into small cubes. This will be the fourth layer. Grease with mayonnaise. If you are afraid that the onions will be bitter, you can pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes.

5 . Stage

Slice the cucumbers and place them on top of the onions. This will be the fifth layer.

6 . Stage

Dice the eggs and place as the last layer. Grease with mayonnaise.

7 . Stage

Garnish with chopped kiwi slices (optional).
