1. Neufchatel cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Light mayonnaise - ¼ cup
3. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
4. Grated Romano cheese - ¼ cup
5. Garlic, peeled and minced - 1 clove
6. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 (14 ounce) can
9. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 cup
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Healthier Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix together Neufchatel cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
